Privacy information

This page describes the behavior visible in the current FixDocForm application. It does not promise storage or deletion schedules that the processing API does not publish.

Document processing

When you choose a DOCX, the browser sends it to the FixDocForm processing API. The API creates a converted DOCX and returns that file to your browser for download.

Information you provide

The conversion flow sends the selected document and its filename. It does not ask you to create an account or submit registration details.

Sensitive documents

Do not upload confidential or regulated information unless you have confirmed that the service and your organization’s policies permit that processing.
